Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sirov, we are committed to providing you with a worry-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you are eligible for a 30-day return and refund under the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund

  • You are not satisfied with the product, and 30 calendar days have not passed since delivery.

  • The product arrives damaged or defective, and the warranty is still valid.

  • You request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, before the order has shipped.

Return Process & Requirements

To qualify for a refund, customers must:

  1. Contact Sirov Customer Support via sirovcookware@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of the product along with a short explanation of the return reason.

  3. Return the product to the U.S. return address provided by our Customer Support team.

Important Notes:

  • All items should be returned in original or brand-new condition, with all packaging included.

  • Damaged items must be returned unused and in original condition.

  • Customers must provide a shipping receipt with tracking number. If the product is returned to any other address than the one provided by Customer Support, it will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For items over $15 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Sirov cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card) for all full-priced items.

  • Refund processing takes 5–7 business days once the return is received at our U.S. Returns Center.

  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 3–20 business days to appear in your account.

  • Discounted or outlet items are not eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Orders paid with gift vouchers will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher.

Exchanges

  • For defective items, once photos are reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

  • Exchanges for other reasons follow the same process as returns and are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not yet shipped.

  • Since all orders are processed quickly, cancellations are time-sensitive.

Policy Precedence

In the event of any miscommunication or dispute, the Terms & Conditions of this Returns Policy will take precedence.
